We aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days. Typically orders are shipped same day via our automated system. Please ensure that delivery details are double checked before checkout as our system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost Express. Orders will typically arrive between 1 to 5 business days from date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, SLINKII accepts no responsibly for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent. Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.
EUROPE
We ship internationally to all countries using DHL. Please allow up to 10 working days after the date of dispatch to receive your order. To calculate the delivery fee to your country, simply enter your full address at check out.
There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by SLINKII. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. SLINKII will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, and the United Kingdom. SLINKII is a small and growing business - we do our very best to get our apparel and equipment out to our customers as quickly and affordably as possible. When you get to check out, simply enter your address, and the system will work out your shipping charge.
What shipping method do you use?
We primarily use DHL for international orders, but check your email as our system will always choose the best carrier for your destination.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 days. Shipping time varies based on courier, your location and other factors. The best option is to track your order for the most accurate delivery time.
